Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday July 11, 2018 at the First Christian Church in Oblong, IL. Burial will follow in Oblong Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M. Tuesday July 10, 2018 at the First Christian Church in Oblong, IL.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request that expressions of sympathy may take the form of a contribution to the Oblong Schools Benevolent Fund or the Robinson Elk’s Lodge Christmas Baskets. Kevin L. Utterback, 62, of Robinson, IL passed away on July 4, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN.
He was born in Robinson, IL on July 14, 1955 to Mervin Albert Utterback and Mary Maxine (Gowin) Utterback. On March 19, 1994 he married Becky (Watt) Endsley who survives.
Kevin attended the Highland Church of Christ in Robinson, IL. He was a member of the Oblong High School class of 1973, Robinson Elk’s BPO #1188, Crawford County Board and a very proud member of the NRA. He was Owner and Operator of Utterback Farms and D&K Tanks. He was a wheeler and dealer of almost anything.
He is survived by his wife Becky Endsley, Robinson, IL; two sons and daughter-in-law Cory and Holly Utterback, Robinson, IL, Camdon Utterback, Robinson, IL; a daughter Kate Endsley, Champaign, IL and a grandson Hayden Utterback of Robinson, IL. Kevin is also survived by a brother and sister-in-law Danny and Carlene Utterback, Dothan, Al; two sisters and brother-in-law Karen Utterback, Robinson, IL, Cindy and Paul Wilson, Mooresville, NC; and brother-in-law Ray Karl, Decatur, IL along with several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents and a sister Patty Karl.
